An incredibly modern baker, I think the money acceptance is very successful and also perfect for the current pandemic. The bread always tastes good and fresh and the sandwiches are delicious too.

They have very tasty and crusty bread here ... I come from Hattersheim especially for this reason!

Delicious products. However, the Corona regulation of customer traffic is confusing and you don't get a receipt at the payment machine. This must be requested at the cash desk after paying.

The largest bakery in Biebrich Mitte with a large selection. Unfortunately, there is currently no indoor catering due to Corona.

Delicious! Buns, breads, sandwiches, cakes, nut loops and chocolate rolls are absolutely recommendable.

A baker with a cozy café included - very well attended in the mornings, which may be related to the very good baked goods. The prices are somewhat higher by comparison, but justified.

Coffee and cake were good. Attendance at the counter could be better. Ambience is like that, chairs and benches very comfortable.

A very nice bakery with a café in Biebrich. The baker Dries stands for very good quality, which one really tastes. The cafe is very modern and invites you to stay longer. Modern payment via Apple pay etc. is possible, here you go with the time. Return money is available through a vending machine, thus also hygienic everything on the best possible conditions. 5 stars!

Amazing coffee and croissants. Please tell me where you purchased your cafe tables, I have been looking for tables like this for nearly 2 years.

It’s a nice place with moderately friendly staff. We typically only buy their Schoko Brötchen and Croissant, which are generally tasty. The Cappuccino is nice as well. Recently we had some troubles with their consistency in quality, but we would like to believe that they might have had trainee bakers or a bad new head baker working. The faucet in the men’s toilet seems to be broken (for a very long time) such that it splashes water everywhere with great force. The ambiance is nice nevertheless. Overall selection of bread is not bad, but could be better. All-in-all a recommendable place for a cup of coffee and a quick bite to eat. By the way, worth mentioning is their automatic cash register which doesn’t require the staff to handle the ‘dirty’ money while handling the food. It’s a bummer though that they don’t accept anything but EC cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc. wouldn’t work), and of course cash. UPDATE: They do have a problem with under-baking sometimes, which is unhealthy and I reckon those products shouldn’t be sold. Also the croissant sometimes feels like one of those ‘industrialised plastic packaged’ ones.

Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff and everything tasted very tasty. I would also like to have such a baker around the corner!
